Autoflowr is a product of Innerworld Creation LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we process when you visit autoflowr.com, contact us, or interact with Instagram accounts managed with Autoflowr, for example by commenting on a post and receiving a direct message.
This website
This website sets no cookies. If you choose a light or dark theme with the theme button, your browser remembers that choice locally on your device; nothing is sent to us. When you go to the Autoflowr app via "Log in", that choice is passed along in the link so the app shows the same theme. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics such as Google Analytics. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and troubleshooting.
To see how our website is used, we run our own visitor statistics on our own server. We record which pages are viewed, how long, which links and buttons are clicked, the website or campaign that brought you here, and your approximate country, device type and browser. You are recognized only by an anonymous code that is calculated from your connection and changes every day; your IP address is not stored for this, and the code cannot be traced back to you. These statistics are kept for about 13 months.
Contact form
When you send us a message with the contact form, we process your name, your email address and the text of your message. We use them only to answer your message and to follow up on your question. The form does not store your message on this website: it is sent to our mailbox ([email protected]) through the email service SMTP2GO, which keeps a delivery log according to its own privacy policy. We keep the email for as long as needed to handle your question and any follow-up, and delete it after that or earlier if you ask us to.
To block spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is sent by a person; Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that check. We also count the number of messages per visitor for one hour, using a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of the IP address, so that the address itself is not stored.
Instagram comments and messages
When you comment a campaign keyword on an Instagram post of an account managed with Autoflowr, we process:
- your Instagram username and the Instagram-scoped ID that Instagram provides for your account;
- the text and time of the comment that contains the keyword;
- whether you tapped the buttons in our messages, whether you follow the account (as reported by Instagram), and whether you clicked the link we sent you.
We use this information only to send you the message and link you asked for, and to measure how campaigns perform. We do not sell your information and do not use it for any other purpose. We use the official Instagram API provided by Meta; Meta's own privacy policy applies to your use of Instagram.
Storage and retention
The information is stored on our own server and kept for as long as needed for these purposes, or until you ask us to delete it.
