Where the images come from
You choose per kind of slide: stock photo, AI image, or a stock photo with an AI image as backup.
Why per-image pricing adds up fast
External AI image services charge for every image. With daily carousels for several brands, that becomes a real monthly bill.
Example: 5 carousels per brand per day, 7 images per carousel, every image made by AI, at an example price of $0.04 per image (prices of AI image services vary, roughly from $0.01 to $0.10 per image).

With your own image computer: a graphics card with 16 GB of memory costs roughly $450 to $900, once. Making 10,500 images a month takes it about half a day of work in total, which costs a few dollars of electricity. The more brands you run, the faster it pays for itself.
Tip: with "stock photo, else AI", most slides get a free stock photo and AI is only used when no good photo is found, so the real number of AI images is usually much lower.
What your image computer needs
Any Windows PC that meets these requirements. It only has to be on while images are being made; Autoflowr queues them until it is.
NVIDIA graphics card
A GeForce RTX card with at least 8 GB of video memory. 16 GB or more is recommended, for example an RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB or RTX 5070 Ti.
Speed
With 8 GB, about a minute per image (measured on an RTX 3070 Ti). With 16 GB, expect a few seconds per image.
Memory and disk
32 GB of RAM recommended, and about 30 GB of free SSD space for the image model and its software.
Free for business use
It runs FLUX.2 [klein] (German for “small”: the compact, fast version of the FLUX.2 image model by Black Forest Labs), an open model with a license that allows commercial use. No account, no subscription.
